OBLS is a one-stop portal (managed by MTI) to apply for all the relevant Government registrations and licences for conducting business in Singapore. PLANNING

Buy the Certified Interpretation Plan to get a more detailed interpretation and certification of the Master Plan on a larger scale. For example, when a site falls on multiple land use zones and you want to determine the area of each zone or confirm the zoning of a site.

The Certified Interpretation Plan for Master Plan 1958, 1980 and 2008 are available in A3 size and usually at a scale of 1:1000 or other appropriate scale depending on the size of the lot to be interpreted.

This e-service allows Singapore government agencies to submit planning application and land use consultation to Physical Planning Group (PPG) and Conservation & Urban Design Group (CUDG).

This service allows you to apply to vary the terms in the Option to Purchase and Sale & Purchase Agreement.

This service allows you to check details of major private residential projects in the pipeline.

This service allows you to check transactions of private residential properties with caveats lodged within the last 36 months. Details include project name, street name, price ($), land/floor area (sqft/sqm), tenure, floor level, etc.

This service allows you to check details of rental contracts of private residential properties and executive condominiums with lease commencement since January 2012.

This service allows you to check rentals for non-landed private residential developments with at least 100 units and with 10 rental contracts per quarter.
