URA’s Architecture & Urban Design Excellence (AUDE) programme seeks to promote Singapore as a hub of architectural and urban design excellence, raising awareness and appreciation for good architecture and urban design through a range of exhibitions, talks, awards, workshops and other activities.
Here are 3 ways it promotes Singapore as a hub for excellence:
The AUDE Space, located in The URA Centre atrium, is dedicated to presenting the latest ideas, trends and projects that make our built environment more attractive and memorable. It showcases the works of architectural firms and urban solutions that inspire well-designed buildings and spaces.
It also includes a section for architectural books that are available for sale to the public. Take a look around the space!
The architectural model is an integral tool used to create good designs. It is a way to communicate ideas. It visualises design strategies in a three-dimensional form. It is also a work of art.
Visit the Architecture Model Gallery (AMG), a key highlight of the AUDE Space, to be inspired by models and works of a diverse range of architectural and design firms who seek to create better designs through innovative ideas and methodologies that are sensitive and responsive to the environment and focus on sustainable and quality materials and details.
Architectural and design firms interested to exhibit their works can submit a request through our application form.
