ELIGIBILITY This service serves as a platform to facilitate matching and mutual exchange of URA season parking places among our Heavy Vehicle season parking ticket holders. If you are currently holding a valid season parking ticket at a URA Heavy Vehicle Park, you may access the eservice to register your interest for another preferred URA parking place. A maximum of 2 registrations per vehicle is allowed.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
If there is a match found, i.e. someone holding a season parking ticket at your preferred parking place has expressed interest in a lot at your current parking place, the system will provide you with the details of this person for you to contact and explore a potential exchange of the season parking with him. The information provided is solely to be used for the purpose of facilitating the mutual exchange of URA season parking places. You must not use it for any other purposes or disclose it to any third party. If there is no matching record found, the system will capture your record and notify you subsequently when a match is found. The registration is only valid for 6 months. If you wish to continue to look for other interested parties, you would have to submit a new registration.
The system will notify you as and when there is a match found. You may also receive queries either through the phone or email from interested parties who have obtained your details through this service. Your information will be released to another party only when a match is found. Your record will automatically be removed from the system if the vehicle
You may withdraw any of your registration at any time by accessing this eservice. To withdraw the registration, you would have to select 'View/Withdraw' option in Step 2 of 5 and proceed with the withdrawal.
The decision on the exchange of parking places shall rest entirely on the season parking ticket holders. URA shall not intervene in the process. Upon reaching a mutual agreement for exchange of the season parking places, both parties are each required to submit an application for the transfer of the season parking tickets. The approval of the applications is subject to the Terms & Conditions for the transfer of the season parking ticket.
FURNISHING AND RELEASE OF PARTICULARS The information provided shall be complete and accurate. You must also agree to allow the information to be published to interested parties to facilitate the provision of this service.
ROLLBACK FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS If you encounter any technical problem in the course of the transaction and wish to check on the status of the transaction, please write to us at www.ura.gov.sg/contactus and provide the following details :
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the eService after the modifications have been made.
URA GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS Of ACCESS In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the eService shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
