Housing

What makes a Home special?

Living close to family, a sense of belonging in diverse neighbourhoods, beauty, and comfort – our homes should fit the aspirations of Singaporeans and offer liveable, sustainable environments that allow communities to connect and thrive. As our new towns grow and older ones mature, our town planners will provide well-placed and wide-ranging amenities, abundant green space and recreational choices, as well as convenient access to public transport.

Key Focus - Housing

Through the Master 2014, we are providing more housing choices across the island, with housing estates that cater to varying needs and preferences. Punggol, with its seven unique districts, embodies the greater diversity of housing choices now available within our expanding towns. New housing development continues in areas such as Bidadari, Tampines North, and Tengah, while the rejuvenation of housing areas such as Dawson and Bedok means that are more options for young couples who want to live near their parents, and for existing residents to relocate within their neighbourhood.

  1. Green Living
  2. Amenities within Easy Reach
  3. Enriched Identities
