PLANNING (MASTER PLAN) RULES (R1)
Notice under Rule 4

Notice is hereby given that the following proposals for amendment to the Master Plan were submitted to the Minister for National Development:

  1. Rezoning of Lot TS24-02087X (pt), at Orchard Boulevard / Grange Road, from:

    1. Residential Zone at a plot ratio of 2.8 (gross) to a) Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey Zone at a maximum permissible plot ratio of 3.5 (gross); b) Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey Zone; c) Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey Zone (use as road); d) Park Zone; and e) Road Zone; and
    2. Road Zone to Park Zone.
  2. Rezoning of Lots MK03-03871M (pt), MK03-05469L, MK03-05474M (pt), etc., at Harbour Drive, from:

    1. Business 2 Zone at a plot ratio of 2.5 (gross) / Port Zone / Reserve Site / Road Zone to Transport Facilities Zone;
    2. Health & Medical Care Zone / Park Zone / Reserve Site to Road Zone; and
    3. Business 2 Zone at a plot ratio of 2.5 (gross) to Port Zone.
  3. Rezoning of Lots MK10-00168A (pt), MK10-01852V (pt), MK10-99643X (pt) & MK10-99644L, at Tengah Garden Avenue / Tengah Drive, from:
    1. Civic & Community Institution Zone to Reserve Site; and
    2. Business 2 Zone with plot ratio "Subject to detailed planning" to Civic & Community Institution Zone.

A certified copy of the proposals may be inspected during office hours at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, The URA Centre, 1st Storey Customer Service Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118, from the 1st day of September 2022 to the 30th day of September 2022. The proposals may also be viewed at www.ura.gov.sg (amendments to Master Plan website).

Any objection or representation to the proposals may be sent in writing to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Development, 5 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069110, on or before the 30th day of September 2022, and shall state the grounds on which it is made, as required under Rule 5 of the Planning (Master Plan) Rules (R1).
