Tender closing for URA sale sites at Tan Quee Lan Street, Bernam Street and one-north Gateway

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed tenders for three sites at Tan Quee Lan Street, Bernam Street and one-north Gateway today.

The public tender for the three sites at Tan Quee Lan Street, Bernam Street and one-north Gateway was launched on 29 March 2019, 30 May 2019 and 27 June 2019 respectively.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
