Tender closing for URA sale sites at Club Street and Kampong Java Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed tenders for hotel site at Club Street and residential site at Kampong Java Road today.

The public tenders for the two sites at Club Street and Kampong Java Road were launched on 27 September 2018 and 31 October 2018 respectively.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
