The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the sites at Dairy Farm Road and Jalan Jurong Kechil to UED Residential Pte. Ltd and COHL Singapore Pte. Limited & CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. respectively. The companies have submitted the highest bids in the tenders for the two sites.
The sites at Dairy Farm Road and Jalan Jurong Kechil were launched for tender on 31 May 2018 and 28 June 2018 respectively. The tenders for these sites closed on 4 September 2018. The land parcels were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.
