The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) have released three sites in total with residential components for sale today under the 1st half 2018 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. The URA site at Dairy Farm Road is launched for sale under the Confirmed List for residential development with commercial uses at the 1st storey. The URA residential site at Sims Drive and HDB Executive Condominium site at Tampines Avenue 10 are available for application under the Reserve List.
