URA launches residential site at West Coast Vale

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the detailed sales conditions for the residential site at West Coast Vale today. The land parcel is available for application under the Reserve List of the second half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can potentially yield up to 730 residential units.
