Award of tender for residential site at Lorong 1 Realty Park

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Lorong 1 Realty Park to Fantasia Investment (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Sun Renwang and Yang Xinping.  The three parties jointly submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The site was launched for public tender on 20 April 2017.  The tender for the site closed on 1 June 2017. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
