Award of tender for residential site at Stirling Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Stirling Road to Logan Property (Singapore) Company Pte Ltd and Nanshan Group Singapore Co. Pte. Ltd. The consortium submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The residential site was launched for public tender on 20 April 2017. The tender for the site closed on 18 May 2017. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
