Award of tender for residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C)

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) to Bellevue Properties Pte. Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The site was launched for public tender on 14 March 2017. The tender for the site closed on 25 April 2017. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
