URA launches residential sites at Stirling Road and Lorong 1 Realty Park

  Published: 20 April 2017

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched two residential sites at Stirling Road and Lorong 1 Realty Park for sale by public tender today.

The land parcel at Stirling Road was first made available for sale on the Reserve List in March 20101. On 10 April 2017, URA announced that it had received an application from a developer for the site to be put up for public tender. The developer committed to a bid price of not less than $685,250,000 in the tender for the site.

The residential site at Lorong 1 Realty Park is released for sale via the Confirmed List of the 1st half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

Together, these two sites can potentially yield about 1,160 residential units.

Details of the two land parcels can be found in Annex 1 [PDF, 84kb], and the location plans are in Annex 2 [PDF, 445kb].
