Tender closing for residential site at Toh Tuck Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at Toh Tuck Road today.

The site at Toh Tuck Road was launched for public tender on 28 February 2017. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
