Award of tender for Residential with 1st Storey Commercial Site at Perumal Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential with 1st storey commercial site at Perumal Road to Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The site was launched for public tender on 29 November 2016. The tender for the site closed on 10 January 2017. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
