URA releases residential site at West Coast Vale

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the detailed sales conditions for the residential site at West Coast Vale today. The land parcel is available for application under the Reserve List of the first half 2016 Government Land Sales Programme. This site can potentially yield up to 520 residential units.
