The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the commercial and residential site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 today.
  
The site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 was launched for public tender on 30 March 2016. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
