The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Siglap Road for sale by public tender today under the Confirmed List of 2nd Half 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can potentially yield about 750 residential units.

The tender for the land parcel will close at 12 noon on 14 January 2016.
