Curtain Wall and Wall Cladding Systems

For buildings with curtain walls or wall cladding systems fixed onto the main structure, the GFA is measured up to the edge of the main structural floor slab.

If there are external walls, the GFA is measured up to the thickness of the external walls excluding the curtain wall or wall cladding system.
