Applicants may submit proposals under the envelope control guidelines for lodgement from 11 May 2015 onwards.
Lodgement of forms relating to new erection/reconstruction of a landed dwelling house on a development plot must be made on prescribed Form DC 17 prior to the submission of any application to the Building Authority for approval of the building plans.

The Qualified Person is to seek and comply with the technical requirements of all front-line technical departments e.g. Central Building Plan Unit (ENV); etc. at the Building Plan submission stage.

The development works is authorised for two years with effect from the date of the acknowledgment letter. If the development is not completed within two years, you are to apply for an extension (up to two years per extension) for the authorisation.
