Tips on good practices - Calculation plan presentation

  • Verge all areas in 2 distinct colours:
    • Green for GFA
    • Red for non-GFA
  • Annotate GFA parcels clearly using:
    • Upper case letter (e.g. “A”) for green parcels
    • Lower case letter (e.g. “a”) for areas to be excluded from GFA within the green parcels
  • Group as many green areas within one parcel as possible (i.e. do not break up the green areas into too many smaller parcels)
