  • The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) carries out quarterly surveys on the occupancy of commercial buildings in Singapore. This survey seeks information on the occupancy of commercial buildings. Property owners and managing agents of commercial buildings can submit their quarterly returns electronically through this eSurvey.
  • All licensed housing developers are required to submit required information on launch and sale of units to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on a weekly basis through the Developer e-Survey System.
  • The information will need to be submitted via the format specified in the Developer e-Survey System.
