Hillview Terrace Area
The purpose of this plan release is to inform the public of an approved plan to facilitate the conversion of the light industries to residential use and regulates development and in the Hillview Terrace area.
For this street-block, residential development is guided by the following prescribed guidelines:
Free standing flats development for Parcels D, F, I & K
Side : 5 m for end units only.
Rear : 5 m
Setback for flats development on Parcels D, F, I & K is subject to existing DC guidelines.
Up to 10 storeys for Parcels D, F, I & K
Footnote The floor to floor height control for residential development are 4.5m for the first storey and 3.6 m for the subsequent storey.
