CIRCULAR TO PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTES

Architects, building owners and developers

Effective Date:
With immediate effect

  1. This circular guides the development (redevelopment or additions and alterations proposal) of sites within the Museum Planning Area (Appendix 1).

Guidelines

  1. The planning parameters and urban design guidelines include the building height, building form, building edge, covered walkway and vehicular access requirements. The guidelines are shown in Annex A.
