1. As part of our effort to improve our services, we had introduced electronic payment for the Housing Developer’s Licence (HDL) fee in addition to cheque payment since June 2019.
   
   
2. Given the convenience and wide industry acceptance of electronic modes of payment, we will be making a transition to only accept payment of licence fee via bank transfer or telegraphic transfer to our bank account as follows with effect from 1 June 2020:
