Catch them at various mixed-use developments and shopping malls across Singapore from now till 30 April 2022 and vote for your favourite installation.

Themed ‘Enlivening Public Spaces’, the 3rd cycle of the URA-REDAS SPARK Challenge continues to involve the public in contributing to the activation of our public and retail spaces with original and creative ideas. Shortlisted entries will have a chance to transform their vision into experiential installations in participating pilot Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and precincts for all to enjoy.
