Young Planners’ Forum 2023 is an interactive sharing session held at URA Centre for pre-university and university students, to gain a deeper insight into urban planning in Singapore and get a taste of what planning work involves.

Who should sign up:

Upper secondary, pre-university, and undergraduate university students interested in urban planning, geography, development, architecture, civil/mechanical engineering, or computer science/engineering; and/or students open to exploring further studies or a career in related fields.

What you can look forward to:

  • Briefing on the planning framework, principles and strategies employed in Singapore;
  • Interactive activities for students to explore planning scenarios and trade-offs;
  • Sharing by planning professionals on their work and experience;
  • Run through of the internship, scholarship and career opportunities in the URA.

Interested students and educators can register here. Note that each registration is valid for one individual. If you are coming in a group, separate registrations are needed for each individual. More details on the programme will be sent to successful registrants at a later date.
