Join our "Runway for Your Imagination" ideas competition to share your ideas on how to re-imagine the future of Paya Lebar Air Base and the surrounding industrial estates!

We're organising this competition in partnership with the Singapore Institute of Architects and the Singapore Institute of Planners to hear ideas on how the area can be transformed into a highly liveable and sustainable new town that builds on its unique aviation heritage. UPDATE: In view of the COVID-19 situation, we understand some participants have difficulties in meeting the deadline for the submission. Therefore, we have extended the competition deadline to 24 Apr 2020 (Fri), 5pm. To encourage safe distancing and to help participants who are having problems with printing and shipping, we will accept soft copy submissions emailed to URA_PLAB@ura.gov.sg.
