1. URA has completed a review of the streetblock at Cantonment Road as shown in the attached plan (Annex A). This Streetblock Plan will be used to guide addition & alteration works and redevelopment proposals within the above streetblock.
2. The planning parameters and urban design guidelines covered in this Streetblock Plan include the type of land use, building height, form of development, building setback requirements and vehicular access. Conserved buildings are required to comply with the detailed conservation guidelines for the area. The prescribed guidelines are in Annex B.
