The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two sites for sale in November 2016 under the 2nd Half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme today.
The residential with 1st storey commercial site at Perumal Road is launched for sale under the Confirmed List, while the residential site at Toh Tuck Road is available for sale on the Reserve List today.
Together, these two sites can potentially yield about 525 residential units.

The tender for the site at Perumal Road will close at 12 noon on 10 January 2017.
