Cityscape Asia Comes to Singapore! Singapore will play host for the very first time to the property investment and development world'spremier network event, Cityscape Asia, between 10-12 April 2007 at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. The inaugural event will highlight the regional and city’s investment opportunities, iconic architecture and development best practices. It will also offer investors access to a booming region that includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Japan and the surrounding Pacific region. Singapore's careful, long term urban planning, complemented by successful partnerships between the public and private sector, has created attractive and viable investment opportunities for international investors. Areas such as Marina Bay and Orchard Road have attracted considerable interest from regional property developers and investors, signaling the industry's strong confidence in Singapore's investment potential.
