Help

1.	This e-Service allows you to apply a new name for a street that does not have an approved name yet.
2.	Only the owner or the authorised applicant can submit the applicaiton. Authorised applicant must submit the owner's authorisation letter together with the application.
3.	This form will take about 10 minutes to complete.
4.	The application will take about 4 to 6 weeks to process. We will notify you by email once the decision is made.
