services plans showing the indicative location of the
services such as existing water, gas, sewer, electricity
lines within or in the vicinity of the sale site are
available for viewing at URA's Land Sales and Management
Section (13th storey, The URA Centre). Please contact Ms
Priscillia Wong at Tel: 6321 8262 if you would like to make
arrangements to view the plans. Please note that the
plans are provided for general information only and no
duplication of the plans is allowed. The viewing of such
plans shall not be interpreted in any way so as to
absolve the successful tenderer from his responsibility mentioned under the Conditions and Requirements of the
Relevant Competent Authorities and Public Utility
Licensees.
