Are serviced apartments allowed within the development of Land Parcel B at Marina View ?

A1

Yes, serviced apartments are allowed within the development of Land Parcel B at Marina View . However, the serviced apartments are to form part of the remaining 15% of the maximum permissible GFA allowed for commercial, residential and hotel uses after the required minimum quantum for office and hotel uses are met. Under the tender conditions, at least 60% of the maximum permissible GFA for the development ie  68,148sqm, is to be set aside for office use and at least another 25% of this maximum permissible GFA is to be set aside for hotel use.

The serviced apartments, if proposed, should be clearly demarcated and annotated on the plans to be submitted when applying for planning approval for the proposed development after the site has been purchased. It should be developed and managed under a single ownership and cannot be strata subdivided.
