lines within or in the vicinity of the sale site and the
21.4 m wide road that the successful tenderer is
required to build, are available for viewing at URA's
Land Sales and Management office (13th storey, URA

arrangements to view the plans. Please note that the
plans are provided for general information only and the
viewing of such plans shall not be interpreted in any
way so as to absolve the successful tenderer from his
responsibility mentioned under the Conditions and
