Is a qualifying certificate (QC) required to tender for the residential land parcel at Alexandra Road?

A1

No. Under Section 33 (e) of the Residential Property Act, a foreign company need not have a qualifying certificate to tender for the residential land parcel at Alexandra Road.

Q2   Please advise whether there are any existing services plans (e.g. water, gas, sewer, electricity) within or in the vicinity of the sale site and the 21.4 m wide road which the successful tenderer is required to build for our viewing?

The plans showing the indicative location of the existing water, gas, sewer, electricity lines within or in the vicinity of the sale site and the 21.4 m wide road that the successful tenderer is required to build, are available for viewing at URA's Land Sales and Management office (13th storey, URA Centre).
