Private Residential Projects in the Pipeline

Find out the details of major projects that are under construction or planned (i.e. those on which construction has not started). The details include the type and number of units and the name of the developer.

The major projects listed here are those with at least 15 units (for landed properties) and those with at least 200 units (for non-landed properties). This information is updated on the last Friday of the month after each quarter.
