TENDER RESULTS FOR INDUSTRIAL SITE

1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed tender today for Land Parcel A at Tuas South Avenue 2 / 5.

2. The parcel was launched on 22 September 99 and is sold on a 60-year lease.

3. Three bids were received for the parcel. The details of the tender results are attached.
