AWARD OF TENDERS FOR RESIDENTIAL SITES
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender of Land Parcel B, Hougang Crescent, to the highest tenderer, Erishi Holdings Pte Ltd at the bid price of $23,580,000.00. The URA has rejected the highest bid of $48,060,000.00 submitted by Erishi Holdings Pte Ltd for Land Parcel A, as the price was too low.
Both parcels were offered for sale on 99-year leases. The tender was launched on 8 October 1997 and closed on 3 December 1997. Two bids were received for Land Parcel A and five bids were received for Land Parcel B.
