Award Of Tenders For Anson Road / Bernam Street, Robinson Road and Middle Road / Bencoolen Street
- The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the commercial sites at Anson Road/Bernam Street, Robinson Road and Middle Road/Bencoolen Street to the respective highest tenderers.
- The land parcels were launched for sale on 28 Aug 96 and tender closed on 20 Nov 96. The land parcels are sold on 99-year leases.
