Award of Tender for Residential Site
at New Upper Changi Road (Parcel A)
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at New Upper Changi Road (Parcel A) to Sherwood Development Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
The residential site was launched for sale by public tender on 23 August 2012 and closed on 16 October 2012. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term. Details of the awarded land parcel and the successful tenderer are provided below:
