Award of Tender for Commercial and Residential Site
at Jelebu Road / Petir Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the commercial and residential site at Jelebu Road / Petir Road to Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd.  The companies submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The tender for the commercial and residential site was launched on 11 October 2011 and closed on 30 November 2011. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term. Details of the awarded land parcel and the successful tenderer are provided below:
