Tender closing for industrial site
at Ubi Road 1

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the industrial site at Ubi Road 1 today.

The site at Ubi Road 1 was launched for public tender on 15 June 2010. The site was offered for sale on a 60-year lease.

Please see Annex A for the particulars of the site and the details of the bids received.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
