URA launches tender for industrial site
at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 for sale by public tender today.
This is one of the three industrial sites to be launched for tender under the Confirmed List of the 2nd half 2010 Government Industrial Land Sale Programme, as announced by the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 29 June 2010. The other two industrial sites on the Confirmed List, at Yishun Street 23 and Old Toh Tuck Road, will be released for sale by JTC in August and October 2010, respectively.
Land Parcel at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4
The Land Parcel at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 has a site area of about 3.0 ha and is launched for sale for Business 2 development with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a lease period of 60 years.
Under the Business 2 zoning, the site can be developed for various uses such light and general industry, warehousing, utility, or telecommunication uses as permitted under the Planning Act. Other Details
A tender period of 8 weeks will be allowed for the site. The tender will close at 12 noon on 14 September 2010. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.
Developer’s Packets are available at S$105.00 each (inclusive of GST) for the land parcel. These can be purchased from the Customer Service Counter on the 1st storey of The URA Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118. The Developer’s Packets can also be purchased via URA-Online at http://www.ura.gov.sg/sales/sale_of_developer’s_packet.html at a cost of S$105.00 (excluding delivery charges) for local and overseas purchasers.
