Award of tender for residential site
at Simei Street 3

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Simei Street 3 to CEL Development Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

Tender for the residential site at Simei Street 3 was launched on 23 March 2010 and closed on 11 May 2010. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.

The particulars of the awarded land parcel and the successful tenderer are as shown below:
