Award of tender for industrial site
at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 to Wee Hur Development Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The tender for the industrial site was launched on 19 July 2010 and closed on 14 September 2010. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 60-year lease. The particulars of the awarded land parcel and the successful tenderer are as shown below:
