Award of tender for hotel site at Short Street
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the hotel site at Short Street to Fragrance Assets Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
Tender for the hotel site was launched on 15 April 2009 and closed on 10 June 2009. The Land Parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.
