Award of tender for industrial site at Kallang Pudding Road
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Kallang Pudding Road to Orion-Four Development Pte Ltd.
Tender for the industrial site at Kallang Pudding Road was launched on 3 September 2008 and closed on 7 October 2008. The Land Parcel was offered for sale on a 60-year lease.
