Award of tender for industrial site at Ubi Avenue 4
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Ubi Avenue 4 to Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
Tender for the industrial site at Ubi Avenue 4 was launched on 3 September 2008 and closed on 30 September 2008. The Land Parcel was offered for sale on a 60-year lease.
