Tender for transitional office site at Aljunied Road / Geylang East Avenue 1 not awarded by URA
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced today that it has decided to reject the only bid submitted for sale site at Aljunied Road / Geylang East Avenue 1 as the price offered was too low.
The tender was launched on 26 November 2007 and closed on 16 January 2008.
The land parcel was offered for sale on a 15-year lease.
